Delivery is understood as being to the front of the building, i.e. good will not automatically be carried into the building. Transport into buildings (or to the point of use) as well as the disposal of the packaging and pallets are the responsibility of the customer. The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are protected against transport damage. Upon receipt, please check the shipping carton for damage before opening it and take pictures of any damage to the packaging. If in this unlikely case the product is damaged in addition to the packaging, this must be communicated to the logistics company on site and noted in writing on the delivery documents of the deliverer.
